Mark Lightner is a Brevard County native, business professional, and devoted husband and father who believes Florida should remain a place where families can build stable, prosperous lives. A graduate of the University of North Florida with a degree in Business, Mark has built his career in the heavy equipment and transportation industry, supporting sectors critical to America’s space and defense operations. Growing up in Brevard and now raising his own family in Viera, Mark has seen firsthand both the opportunities this community offers and the challenges families are facing today.
Mark is running for Florida House, District 32, to ensure Brevard works for every generation — from young parents raising children to retirees who have invested a lifetime in this community. Grounded in faith and guided by real-world business experience, he is committed to responsible growth, strong schools, safe neighborhoods, and an accountable state government that works for the people it serves. For Mark, this campaign isn’t about politics — it’s about protecting the future of Brevard while preserving the stability that generations have worked hard to build.
